3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Back up data prior to any major work unless agreed otherwise

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All invoices are due within 14 days of issue
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate and a fixed late fee under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
  • Refunds for services are discretionary and assessed on a case-by-case basis

6. Liability

  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
  • Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant service
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, profit, or business arising from use of our services or website
